How do I buy an outfit from your online store?
We've made it incredibly simple to shop online. Here's what you need to do:
- Pick the outfits you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" button.
- Enter your billing information on our ultra secure checkout page and submit your order.
- Please select your size according to the designer's size chart provided.
- We can deliver your outfits directly to your door.
How do you ensure a perfect fit?
To ensure that you have the right fit please contact info@houseofraina.com if you would like to order with your own body measurements. All styles are made according to the standard size selected if measurements are not submitted.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped within 4-8 weeks of ordering, depending on the outfit and designer. Order tracking information will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.
We ship worldwide via DHL or Fedex. Orders are shipped from India.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping in Canada and the US for orders over $499.
